The formula for Treason is very correctly and factually, "Know THAT you are".

It will be found, gruesomely enough, that a person who accepts a post or position and then doesn't function as it will inevitably upset or destroy some portion of an org.

The standard way to locate dumbness is to look for a stop, or a flap.

By not knowing that he is the _____________ (post name) he is committing treason in fact.

The first thing to do is unstop the stop or settle the flap.

The results of this can be found in history. A failure to be what one has the post or position name of will result in a betrayal of the functions and purposes of a group.

There are gradients of stops and of flaps. They stem from the guy who was not quite with it and somehow got others caught up in his confusion, unnoticed by them or others.

Almost all organizational upsets stem from this one fact:

The way to find this person is to find by observation or questioning, what are the data being operated on by whoever is doing the stopping or the flapping.

A person in a group who having accepted a post, does not know THAT he is a certain assigned or designated beingness is in TREASON against the group.

You then ask him who he got the data from, or who was it that raised the question in the first place.

He may have difficulty in recalling it — he went into agreement with it without inspecting it — but if you persist he will tell you. Follow it down to the person who can’t tell you where it all came from, and there’s your source of dumbness.

Do it enough times and you’ll come up with the same name or names. There’s the org’s Dev-T artist!

You could handle it by finding the guy’s confusions, misunderstoods, misduplications, identifications, etc., using Standard Tech. At his own expense.
