A checksheet may be added to per HCO PL 21 July 81 I, WHAT IS A CHECKSHEET, but only for a new student or one who has discontinued as incomplete and is resuming the course after a long absence.

All new LRH policy letters are added to the checksheet for the appropriate volume(s) as they are issued, or as indicated in newly issued checksheets after the date of this policy letter.

If the student bogs or is slow he should be sent to a Scientology Review for Administration or Study or Policy. The earlier course began with a Review but as it interrupted the fast flow system and many did not need it it was cancelled by LRH ED 691 Int.
