GROUP PROCESSING: BEING | GROUP PROCESSING - BEING |
Disc 71 A Group Processing Session Given on 10 February 1954 57 Minutes | Disc 70 A Group Processing Session Given on 10 February 1954 59 Minutes |
We’ve had a process here which may or may not give you some idea of what’s going on. | This is February 10th, 1954. There’s a great deal of material that I’ve given you in the last five and a half weeks, great deal of it. You’ll find this material dropping into line, little by little, as you work upon people. |
Do you feel any better or any worse or ... ? | There are some processes which are horrible to do and which are tremendously effective. I heard, yesterday, one of you saying that “You, of course, are using us as experimental subjects.” No, this is not true. Material I have been giving you, up to date, is not experimental material, it’s long since passed out of that stage. However, there is a process which works individually, excellently, which I have never before used on a group and I’m going to use that process on this group this morning. |
Audience: [various responses] Wonderful. | We have here a great dearth of Emergency Auditors, right this minute. |
Well, all right. | Male voice: Those two empty chairs. [laughter] |
Well, we’re just going to continue this type of process right now. Don’t worry about your notes. Don’t worry about your notes. | Well, I tell you what, if you find yourself suddenly going off the deep end and into never-never land, you just take your chair into the front room in there (the one that has the carpet in it) and sit down and hold the two back anchor points of the room until you feel you’re back to battery. Okay? Can you do that? |
All right. Now we’re going to run this process just a little tougher. Just a little tougher. | All right. We’ll just get down to business here on this process. |
We’re going to use, here, the component parts of the universe as I described them to you after the first lecture: white clouds, black clouds, white densities, black densities, vacuums, white spaces or light spaces and dark spaces. If you’re not able to get the infinite part of these distances, why, that’s all right, get as much of it as you can. In view of the fact that there’s-infinity itself is a thought concept rather than an actuality, it’s just whether or not you can run this thought concept. | All right. You’re aware of Beingness Processes, aren’t you? You be this and be that and so forth and this takes off the automaticity. Well, all right. |
All right. Now we’re going to start in this way. | I want you to be the MEST universe. Just that. Now let’s be the MEST universe. |
I want you to be way out someplace if you can, way out someplace. If you can’t, be right where you are. And start picking out items in the environment which tell where other items are. One item which tells where some other item is and so forth. | Let’s be the MEST universe. |
Now pick out items which particularly demark spaces and tell where the space is. | Now let’s be the MEST universe by spreading infinite distance of blackness in all directions and being that infinite distance of blackness in all directions. Just be that blackness, [pause] And just be it. That’s all there is to it. |
And now items which tell where items are. | Now let’s sit there and be that blackness, infinite distance of blackness, in all directions, and sit there and don’t think, [pause] Come on, let’s just be it. And sit there and don’t think. |
And now items which tell where the center of the Earth is. | Find yourself wandering off from being this. Let’s just be this infinite distance of blackness. Infinite space in all directions, all black. |
Come on, get some more items that tell where the center of the Earth is so that you can get these various things agreeing on where the center of the Earth is. | Now all black in all directions, just be that. Don’t be a point putting blackness in all directions, let’s be the blackness in all directions. |
Some more items that tell where the center of the Earth is. | All right. Now let’s be the blackness in all directions and embrace a point. You a thetan. Now let’s put you, a thetan, into the middle of all this blackness and as the blackness, just dispassionately communicate at it and pound at it, reducing it in size and putting out the light. |
And now some items that tell where the center of the Sun is. | Be this infinite blackness now and have this point in the middle of the infinite blackness and you’re just pounding at it with blackness until you put out its light. And when you put out its light, then pound it some more. Pound it from all directions. |
If that is baffling, that is what is baffling in this universe. Don’t worry about it. Just examine it as a baffler. The geometry of spheres is based on a confusion. | Just be infinite blackness now, not worry about anything else. Let’s not just sit there and look at infinite blackness, to hell with that, let’s be the infinite blackness. |
Let’s get more items that tell where the center of the Sun is. | Now let’s throw away that infinite blackness and be another infinite blackness-MEST universe-same thing. |
And let’s get centers of things telling where the centers of things are. | Be it again. |
And now the centers of things telling where spaces are. | Now have a point of light arrive in it and put its light out by pounding it from all directions, making it small and tiny. |
And now items telling where items are. | Now sweep that aside and be infinite blackness again, infinite blackness, and have a small dot of light arrive in the middle of the infinite blackness and have the dot of light move to the right and you move, as infinite blackness, to the right so that it can’t move out of you. |
And now spaces telling where spaces are. | Now have it move to the left and you move as infinite blackness to the left so that it can’t move out of you. |
Now let’s mock-up a space designed to trap somebody. | Now have it move up. And you as infinite blackness move up so that it can’t move out of you. And get this dot of light being you, a thetan, but you’re the infinite blackness right now. Get it getting very discouraged because it can’t move out of you, infinite blackness. |
Now some objects. Mock-up some objects designed to trap somebody. | All right. Throw that away and be infinite blackness in all directions and sit there and don’t think. |
Now let’s be a very large space filled full of random motions-beams and rays and things going through it-and have the sole intention of driving this little spot of light crazy. | Be infinite blackness in all directions. Just sit there and don’t think. |
All right. Let’s put that aside. And be another very large space filled full of light with random motions in it and have you, a personality, be a dot of light in it, you know. | Be the MEST universe now-infinite blackness in all directions and just sit there. |
And now you, the space, drive this little dot of light utterly mad. And you, the space, be coldly calculating about it. | All right. Let’s throw that away. Now let’s be infinite blackness in all directions and have a dot of light-you, a thetan-arrive in the middle of the infinite blackness and then you just communicate at it to reduce it down to nothing. |
Set that aside and do it again. | Now set that aside and be infinite blackness again. Have you, a thetan, arrive in the middle-now, this time just dispassionately, indifferently smash it down to nothing so that it can’t radiate and so that it won’t exist anymore. |
Let’s be entirely dispassionate about driving this little dot of light crazy. | Now, one after the other, similarly handle new tiny spots of light and fix them, each one, immobile so that it cannot move. |
Hit it in enough random ways, unexpectedly, places it-where it will be surprised the most. | All right. Set this aside. And now stretch in all directions as infinite blackness and wait hopefully to trap and immobilize any and all dots of light which enter you. |
Okay. Now be a large white space-a large white space filled full of mists and have a dot of light lost in you somewhere and you move around carefully so that it can’t get outside of you. | Take any pleasure you may feel in doing this. |
Now get, as your sole emotionless intention, that it will never escape and look at its frantic efforts and be completely dispassionate about it. | All right. Set that aside. |
All right. Throw that aside. And be that white space again. Get you, this little dot of light, lost and keep it lost. | And now stretch as infinitely black in all directions and have a dot of light enter you and take pleasure in the fact that you gradually, remorselessly, crush all of its life, hopes and dreams. Be completely remorseless about it. |
Now let’s be a black vacuum. A black vacuum. And get a little dot of light coming near us and just go slurp and take everything away from it. And another little dot of light and take everything away from it. And another little dot of light and take everything away from it. | Now set that aside. And let’s mock ourselves up as the ideal trap. The ideal trap where you see the small dot of light and put it out. [pause] Get the emotion, if any, of a trap, [pause] And one after the other, have small dots of light enter and you put them out. Put them out forever and very finally. |
Be the vacuum and look at the dot of light. | All right. Set that aside. And now again be a trap of infinite distance, infinitely black and have as your sole purpose in life getting something lost. |
Now throw that aside. And be another vacuum. Be another vacuum and every time a little dot of light comes nearby, pull it dry of all of its energy and power. | Now throw that away. And this time, be a trap and figure out new designs as to how you can get something more thoroughly lost-such as a thetan-bright, guileless and innocent. |
Now put that aside. And be a vacuum again. A black vacuum. And get little dots of light coming near and just pull all the energy away from them. And look at this little dot of light, you a thetan, each time, as a source of great amusement to you. | All right. Set that aside. And again, be a trap of infinite distances, infinite blackness and sit there and wait for a little dot of light to make a mistake so that you can close upon it. |
Okay. Now throw aside any accumulation of energy you have in these little dots of light, as not worth having. | And wait for it to make a mistake so that you can punish it. |
And now be a large black dense mass, very dense, and dispassionately sit there and pull litde dots of light to you and pin them down on you and turn them black. | Just sit there and wait. It’ll make a mistake. You be sure and certain about it. |
Throw that aside. And be another black dense mass and have you, a thetan, come along, see this large dense mass. And you, the dense mass, one after the other, pin these dots of light down and turn them black and just suck them dry to a cinder. And get how forever your intentions are. | Now set that aside and just be an infinite distance of blackness in all directions and just sit there and don’t think, [pause] An infinite area of blackness and sit there and don’t think. |
Now pull some spaceships down on yourself. Make each one of them crash and be very remorseless about it, just that much more mass. | All right. Set that aside now. It’s a little difference now. Mock yourself up as a solid rock and have a thetan hit you and feel some satisfaction of having stopped him cold. And then rapidly, one after the other, have thetans hit you. You feel real good about it. Utterly dispassionate about it. |
Okay. Put that aside. And be a large, huge black cloud. A huge black cloud. And have little dots of light sail into you and get them lost and turn them black. | All right. Now sit there now as a solid rock and get a sort of a suction action, a pull-in action, so that any thetan anywhere around cannot help but close in and hit you. Be gravitic, in other words. |
And get how long and forever you can wait, till more show up. | Set that aside now and be another solid rock and be very gravitic. And be very sure that because you are sitting there, thetans are going to hit you sooner or later and stick and never be able to get off of you. |
Okay. Put that aside. | Get the enormous power of drag-in which you have, that you can just pull them in and compel their attention to you. |
And be a very dense mass of white particles-fryingly hot. And have little dots of light come up and you just be very snide about the fact they can’t put out this much juice. Just ruin each one of them. | All right. Put that aside and let’s be an even more solid and dense rock that just waits for thetans to pass by so that they will stick and hurt themselves. And now get a little pleasure out of the fact that it’s going to hurt them real bad. |
Now put that aside. | And now, just by the fact that they’re sticking to you, get the fact that this puts their life out. |
And just be an area, anything you can conceive of, of the mest universe, with this sole thought: “You’d be all right if little bits of light didn’t keep appearing.” And get as your mission, extinguishing them. | Set that aside and be a solid rock again and, by pulling in, impede the motion of thetans. Get them to pull against you so that they snap in on you and put their life out on you. And get whatever emotion you feel you should have as a rock which is out to get thetans. |
Put that aside now and do it again. | All right. Now set that aside. And be infinite blackness in all directions for the sole purpose to get thetans to come in and get very worried and anxious about being lost and so beat themselves out in just the distance only. By distance alone, just beat themselves to pieces, [pause] And get this as a solid mission in life. A mission to be infinite blackness and to worry, and make anxious, thetans. Okay. Set that aside and now just be the MEST universe as you now conceive it. Be it, its personality, its mission and purpose, waiting for you, a thetan, or doing things to you, a thetan. Just be the MEST universe. |
Now put that aside. And be a beautiful place, very expansive, very pretty, very beautiful. And get how deceptive you are in being that and just sit there and wait for a bit of life to show up, so that you can engulf it and extinguish it forever. | Let’s be it some more. Be the MEST universe. Now with the mission of damping the life out of you, a thetan. Only you’re very detached from you, a thetan. |
Okay. Put that aside. | Okay. Set that aside, set that aside. |
And now be a church. Be a church with beautiful serenity waiting for little dots of light to come in, so that you can extinguish them forever. Remember to be beautifully serene about it. | And be a sun which pushes out yet pulls in, waiting for a thetan to get trapped in you. |
Put that aside. And be another church, be beautifully serene, wait for these little dots of light to come in, so that you can lie to them and knock them out forever. | Now get the emotion you should have at the good work you are doing of making all life extinct. And get what you would do if any slight rebellion turned up. |
Okay. Now put that aside. And be a spaceship, so that you can pull dots of light into you and extinguish them and bestialize them. | You’d just fry something to a crisp. |
All right. Put that aside. And be a stove and just sit there red-hot, waiting for a baby to touch you. | All right. Set that aside and be a sun again, ready to pound anything to a crisp that dares be alive around you. |
Get a baby to touch you and be very satisfied. | Now be very antipathetic toward life. You just don’t like it. It moves. It’s inventive. And get you, a thetan, out there being-be the Sun and get a critical eye on you, a thetan, and get your plans as to what you’re going to do to this thetan. How you’re going to fool it. |
Okay. Put that aside. | All right. Set that aside. |
And be an icy-cold day. And have a little dot of light come along, pull all the heat out of it and immobilize it and crush it forever. | Now be infinite blackness in all directions, infinite blackness. Have you, a thetan, move into the infinite blackness, real bright, and you just get it lost and put its light out, all the time communicating at it obsessively from all directions, pounding it down to nothing. No matter where it turns, you’re going to pound at it. Dispassionately, remorselessly, forever. |
Okay. Now be infinite space and pretend to be very calm, but be filled with treachery and wait for dots of life to come in, so that you can kill them. | Now be infinite blackness in all directions, granular or otherwise, however it may seem to you, you should be. And have distance into which things could get lost utterly and be unable to locate themselves. And get as your main goal the discouragement of any life, motion, livingness, ideas, thoughts, dreams, hopes. |
Now get them coming in and you kill each one as it comes in, quietly and remorselessly. | Set that aside. And again, be infinite blackness, this time with some tiny lures in it. You know, spots of light and so forth, so as to bring things into it and then get them lost. |
Put that aside and be infinite black, inky-black space with the entire mission of getting something utterly lost so as to convince it, it will never escape. And then have this thing, you a thetan, come in one after the other. | And get you, a thetan, in the middle of all of this blackness and get what you as the blackness are going to do to this thetan. And how stupid it is of the thetan to resist. |
Okay. Now put that aside. And be icy-cold black space, waiting for dots of warmth to come in, so that you can suck them dry. | Now set that aside. |
Now be God and get your regard for this thing, your name, a thetan. | And be infinite blackness, crouched waiting, remorseless. And have you, a thetan, appear and you just pound its life out by communicating with it all the time, forever. |
Now be an infinite black space. Have a dot of light come in. And when it tries to go to the right, you move to the right. If it tries to go to the left, you move to the left. Just never let it get anywhere. | Now get the various tricks which you would have to employ to prevent its escape. |
Okay. Now be the mest universe and calculate, very dispassionately, exactly how you’re going to extinguish the memory of something forever. | And get how righteous and what a good work this is on your part as infinite blackness. |
And get very calculating now, very logical about it. | All right. Set that aside. And again, be infinite blackness. But this time have 10 little tiny islands in you where a thetan can dream up just enough hope so that the hope can be crushed out. |
Now use these methods on you, a thetan. | And get your regard for life in general as this infinite blackness. And your regard for you, this little dot of light, in particular. |
Okay. Now be way up somewhere and pick out several objects in the environment or look around the environment where you are and pick out several objects that tell you where other objects are. | All right Set that aside. And again, be infinite blackness with a complete certainty of victory over this little dot of light, a thetan. |
Let’s pick out some outsides of objects, now, that tell you where the centers are. Now let’s be a large and infinite mass, now-a large and infinite mass that wants to get more dense. | Okay. Set that aside. And now again be huge, unlimited blackness enclosing this tiny, little hopeless, helpless speck-you, a thetan. And get how utterly remorseless you are and what a pleasure this gives you to be that. |
Okay. Let’s set that aside and be another one. | All right. Set that aside. And be a black expanse. And have you, a thetan, come into it and you as a black expanse move in any direction the thetan moves so as to make sure it gets nowhere. |
And set that aside and be another one. | All right. Set that aside. And be an enormous black expanse and just be H unchangingly remorseless and have a little dot of light appear in you and now punish it for communicating. You’re the one who is going to communicate; it’s not supposed to communicate. Pound it so it won’t. |
Okay. Set that aside. | Okay. Set that aside. And now be infinite mass, infinite mass in all directions, but be mass embracing a tiny dot of light, a thetan, and just crush it on down to nothing. |
Now be a theta trap. Anything you can conceive of as a theta trap. And go about the business of thoroughly and dispassionately immobilizing and knocking the light out of any piece of life that comes near you. | Now if, as you’re doing this, people flip in and out, just skip them. You may start recognizing that people dramatize this. Just skip the people and be the universe, recognizing that people simply copy it and we’re not interested in the people. |
Okay. Set that aside and be another theta trap. | All right. Set that aside. And be infinite black mass now. Have a little dot of light innocently enter in and just get all the things you can do to it and do them. |
Let’s get real efficient now. | All right. Set that aside. And again, be an infinite mass of any color-white or black, whatever color seems to you the one it should be. Have a dot of light enter in and get how you must convince it that it cannot escape and do those things that you must do so that this dot of light cannot escape. |
Now let’s get the emotion of the thetans which you’re trapping. | Now get as your mission making it afraid. |
And just be remorseless about them. | Now get as your mission making it insane so that you can then check it some more. |
Let’s set that aside and be another theta trap. | Okay. Set that aside. Now be God as an infinite blackness concentrated upon you, a thetan. Get how all powerful an outhouse dwelling you are, concentrated upon you, a thetan. |
Set that aside and be another theta trap and remorselessly go about the business of trapping thetans. | Get what your regard for this thetan is. |
Now set that aside. And be another theta trap, but this time a very aesthetic one, so a thetan just never would suspect. Go about the business of trapping them. | Now be very saintly as you crush its life out and trap it forever. Oh, be saintly about it. |
And see if you can’t get the incoming thetans being a little bit terrified and horrified-not that you care. | Okay. Be an infinite black expanse filled with galaxies and other things and |
Okay. Set that aside and be another theta trap-of any kind. And let’s be real good about trapping thetans and keeping them forever. | Just sit there as this vast expanse, not liking life but not thinking. |
Okay. Set that aside. And let’s be the mest universe, now, and calculatingly entomb thetan after thetan and get them right down to electron size as fast as possible. | All right. Sweep that aside and be another infinite expanse and sit there and don’t think. |
All right. Now let’s be a black vacuum and every time a little thetan comes by, let’s pull all the energy out of him, pull all of his pretty mock-ups out of him, pull everything out of him, just slurp and not even feel any satisfaction from it. | Okay. Sweep that aside and be a rock. Be a big one, planetary size, and have a terrific drag-in so that any bit of light that comes by cannot help but be pulled in on you and stick. And get as your mission the accumulation of these bits of light and immobilizing them. |
Now set that aside and do it again. | Pull them in one after the other now and stick them. |
Now let’s set that one aside and be a black vacuum with infinite appetite and let’s pull dry every bit of life that comes near, so as to disenfranchise it utterly. A tremendous appetite, with no satisfaction. | And get as your mission never to let them go. |
Okay. Let’s set that aside and let’s be an infinite space filled with random motion, so that any bit of life that comes in and tries to radiate, will Simply be knocked back instantly. | All right. Set that aside and be this enormous black expanse, space in all directions. Have a dot of light appear in you and when it moves to the right, you move to the right. When it moves to the left, you move to the left and so on and so on so that it cannot escape. And get it getting smaller and smaller, more and more hopeless and be very satisfied about this as you do it. |
Now prove it to it that this is the condition by having it move around and you knock it out. And then just get another one and prove it to it. And another one and prove it to it. And another one and prove it to it. It can’t go anyplace and communicate without being communicated at so hard that it will stop instantly and won’t function. Wreck it. | All right. Set that aside. And now be an infinite black expanse with the sole mission of damping out and extinguishing any energy put out by that small dot of light, you, a thetan. A mission of extinguishing any energy output that it has. Be this expanse with that single mission. |
Okay. Now let’s get the wickedest person that you know and let’s get you out in front-be the wickedest person-and give you, out in front, your just deserts. | All right. Set that aside. And be an infinite universe with the sole mission of convincing you, a thetan, that you must not touch any part of you, a universe. |
Okay. Be a huge expanse of the mest universe and give you, a thetan, your just deserts. | Be the universe with the mission that you must convince this thetan it must not touch any part of you. |
Okay. Put that aside and be a huge expanse of the mest universe and convince you, a thetan, that you mustn’t touch anything. | All right. Set that aside. And be any concept you may have of the MEST universe, but be it. And then regard you, a thetan. |
Now set that aside. And you be a big section of the mest universe and convince you, a thetan, that if you communicate, you will be punished. | All right. Set that aside. |
Okay. Now be a jail cell, enclosing you, a thetan. | And be a huge black expanse and sit there and don’t think. |
And set that aside and do it again. | Okay. Now set that aside and be a planet-thirsty, hungry-pulling in any life that you can get, cravenly. |
And set that aside and do it again. | Now be the center of that planet, unable to locate yourself because you can’t tell which way is up. |
And set that aside and do it again. | Now be the planet, very happy that the center cannot locate where it is or what it’s doing. |
And set that aside and do it again. | Okay. Now let’s look up and get how the right-hand front corner, upper, of the room-right-hand front upper corner of the room locates the upper front left-hand corner of the room. |
Be a jail, now, and enclose you, a thetan. | How the front of the room tells where the back of the room is. |
And get how dispassionate you are about any terror you, a thetan, may feel. | Where the left wall of the room tells where the right wall is. |
Set it aside and do it again. | How this house tells where the house next door is. |
Set it aside and do it again. | How the street tells where this house is. |
Set it aside and do it again. And this time, be very dispassionate about the travails of you, a thetan. And about all other thetans. And be this cell, now. | How the town tells where the street is. |
Now get how the horror, the pleading, the guilts of these various things that come into you, a jail cell, mitigate your activity against them, not one bit. | How Earth tells where the town is. |
Trap them real good. | How the perimeter of Earth, the periphery of Earth, tells where the center of Earth is. |
All right. Set that aside. Be a parent and lock a child in a dark room. And set that aside. And be a parent and lock a child in a dark room. And set that aside. And be a parent. And lock a child in a dark closet. Now be a parent and reprimand a child for communicating. | Where the center of Earth tells where the center of the Sun is. |
Set that aside. And do it again. | How your head tells where your feet are. |
And set that aside and do it again. | How the back of your head tells where the front of your head is. |
Now be the mest universe and get a thetan entrapped and punish it for communicating. | All right. Now let’s check off some places that you’re not pulling in perceptions on. |
Now set that aside. And be the mest universe and get very hopeful that the next thetan that comes in will try to communicate, so you can do something to it. | Let’s check off some objects which are not at this moment victimizing you. |
And go ahead and do it. | Now let’s check off some masses and terminals which are not sitting against your chest, [pause] Get some more of them that you’re sure aren’t sitting against your chest. Get some certainty on this one. Get at least one that you’re absolutely sure isn’t against the front of your chest. |
Set that aside and do it again, now, to thetan after thetan. | And then some more of them. |
Okay. Now be way up somewhere. | Now let’s get some things which are not giving you orders. |
Way up somewhere and get some places you are not. | Now let’s check off some things that aren’t naming you or calling your name out. |
Some more places you are not. | Now let’s check off some people who aren’t going to murder you in the next thirty seconds. |
Now let’s check off some conditions you are not in. | And now some terminals or masses which are not immediately against your chest as a body, of course. |
Particularly, now, some conditions your body is not in. | Now let’s check off some things you do not at this moment have to do. |
All right. Now let’s check off some things-some things which are not just about to happen to you. | And some houses or rooms in which you are not, at this moment, trapped. |
And now check off some things which you have not, just this moment, lost. | And some places where you are not. |
Now check off some things which are not, just this moment, being put into you. | Now let’s find two pieces of MEST or the two back corners of the room and hold on to them and sit there and don’t think. |
And let’s look around the environment and find where some of the things tell where other things are. | Okay. Now let’s recall something that’s real. |
All right. Now- let’s look at an object and look straight through it. | A time when you were in good communication. |
And another object and look straight through it. | A time when you felt some affinity for something. |
And another one and look through it. | Let’s locate something real in the environment. |
And another one and look through it. | Reach for it and withdraw from it. |
And let’s mock-up a guiding light. | Find something else that’s real, reach for it and withdraw from it. |
Many of them. Get them real bright. | Find the floor beneath your feet. |
Lots of them. | Okay. |
Do what you please with those. Now mock-up a home planet. | End of session. |
Lots of those. | |
Do what you please with those. Now mock-up a home sun.
Now lots of those. | |
And do what you please with those.
Now let’s you mock-up, now, jw in an “acceptable to you” condition.
And let’s do that again. Mock-up you in an acceptable condition, to you.
Now, to the rest of the human race.
Now an acceptable condition to you.
And an acceptable condition to the rest of the human race.
And an acceptable condition to you.
And to the rest of the human race.
And now an acceptable condition to you.
And an acceptable condition to other thetans.
An acceptable condition to you.
And an acceptable condition to other thetans.
And just continue to do that, back and forth.
Let’s see if we can’t get some improvement in the acceptability to you, now.
And some improvement in acceptability to other thetans.
Back and forth, one, then the other.
Back and forth, acceptable condition to you.
You in an acceptable condition to you.
You in an acceptable condition to other thetans.
Now let’s mock-up some thetans in an acceptable condition to you.
To themselves. | |
To you. And to themselves. To you. And to themselves.
Now let’s mock you up full of life, vim and vitality.
And do it again. And do it again. And do it again. And do it again. And do it again.
And some more. And some more. And some more. And some more. And some more.
Let’s mock you up full of life, vim and vitality, now. Some more. And some more. And some more. And some more. And some more.
And some more. And some more. And some more. And some more. And some more.
And some more. And some more. And some more.
Okay. Let’s be way up above the environment and duplicate it.
And duplicate it. And duplicate it. And duplicate it. And duplicate it. And duplicate it. And duplicate it. Many, many times.
Okay. Now let’s mock you up with a robot’s body-you know, push buttons and so forth. And pretend you’ve just exteriorized from it. And then duplicate it and duplicate it and duplicate it and duplicate it and duplicate it.
Get some more duplicates of it.
All right. Throw those aside. And let’s check over some places where you are not.
And now, get a whole series, of two each, of particles you’re not trying to hold together.
Objects, particles. | |
Now get a whole series, of two each, of objects you’re not trying to hold apart.
Now let’t get a whole series, of two each, of spaces you’re not trying to hold together.
And a whole series, of two each, of spaces you’re not trying to hold apart.
And now let’s get a whole series, of two each, of stars you’re not trying to hold apart.
And now, a whole series, of two each, of stars you’re not trying to hold together. Now a whole series, of two each, of planets you’re not trying to hold apart.
And of planets you’re not trying to hold together.
Okay. Now let’s find the realest object in the environment Reach for it, withdraw from it
Just find something real that you can feel.
Feel it. | |
Let go of it. | |
Find the floor beneath your feet.
Take a long breath. | |
Okay. | |
