HCO Policy Letter 31st March 1969, Completions Statistic is herewith cancelled, as it

A) Changes the purpose of HCO Policy Letter 30 Sept 65 which states that a completion is a grade completed.

B) Would give a possible 4 Bonuses to an Auditor per Auditing Grade.

The OIC report form is now extended to include recent changes in Gross Divisional statistics, and other data required by World Wide.

Thus the pattern is as follows:
