The supervisor’s code has been developed over many years’ experience in training. A supervisor cannot hope to gain the respect or willingness of the student to be taught by him sitting there, spouting words and being an „authority“ on the subject. He must know his subject and follow the supervisor’s code to the letter. It isn’t a hard code to follow, and it is a very practical one.
