LRH data tells that the wise auditor can see the ARC break coming an hour and a half before it arrives.

But he handles it before it eventuates. We have series of lists like L1C, L3B, L4B and also upper level lists.

If an auditor is doing say a listing process and something goes wrong, he may well end up with a roaring ARC break.

That is then not the time to have to word clear an L4B.

He should be able to just whip out the list, assess it, and handle and get on with the job at hand.

This is not a matter of handling trouble before it arrives, it is merely enabling the auditor to have his tools available for use.

The OT level Review type auditor has the same on his L6, L7, LDN OT III. These are lists pertaining to upper level repair.

A Solo Auditor gets these lists cleared as a matter of course before starting solo actions.
