1.) The tech of handling a Revolution is based on PR tech.
2.) The "apparent" revolutionaires are always betrayed after the revolt and another group takes over. This is from historical research. (French, Russian, American)
3.) The "3rd Group" has infiltrated the revolting group before the revolt, but the leaders stay out of sight.
4.) The "agitators" or infiltrated agents of the 3rd Group always propose the violent and Entheta actions and combine these with the Theta goals of the "revolt" group.
5.) So in any revolution or "strike" (a small revolt against management or the government) there are proper Theta demands and Entheta (impossible) demands. The Theta demands appeal to the vast majority.
6.) The way to handle is:
A. Find out (by your OWN infiltrators) what all the demands are and who the leaders are. Do it fast.
B. Analyze the data - separate it into Theta and Entheta demands and find out WHO proposed each.
C. The ones who proposed the Entheta demands are the infiltrators from the 3rd Group.
D. Call a "conciliation" or "settlement of grievances" meeting inviting all of the revolt group and their Theta leaders.
E. Isolate or arrest or otherwise make powerless and under control the Entheta infiltrators by, for instance, putting your own infiltrators around them to shout them down or to call for only the Theta revolt leaders to speak.
- If arrested, so it in coordination with the meeting time, by a faked accident to their car, etc. Find out who they work for, etc. In interrogation use E-Meter, etc.
F. At the meeting, your man holds the Chair - he asks for the demands - lists them down - on a black board - and a secretary writes them down.
G. Then the Chairman indicates only the Theta demands (if some Entheta ones got into the list) and tells the amazed revolutionaires they can have them ALL - in exchange for MORE PRODUCTION.
Shorter hours? - Yes, if more products get made. More wages? - Yes, if more products get made. New Government? - Yes, if more products & services are made.
H. Then he appoints the Theta revolutionaires as the Council to see that the demands get done in liasion with management and to insure more production occurs. A documented agreement is signed right there.
When his investigators have determined WHO the infiltrators worked for, they (SPs) are arrested or declared SP. (No one knows them anyway.) J. Thus everyone wins and the SP's are discovered and handled via their PTSes.
K. Game over. Follow the new agreements as long as production is increased. If it slows down, analyze, evaluate, and handle per Data Series Tech & Management and PR policy & tech.
